2. Appointment Booking

2.1 Online Booking

• Clients can book an appointment via our website https://blessingafrican-hairbraiding.com.
• A confirmation of the booking will be sent via email/SMS/phone after validation.
• Once the appointment is confirmed, a $30 deposit is required to validate the booking.

2.2 Modification and Cancellation

• Any modification or cancellation must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• If this deadline is not met, the deposit will not be refunded.

2.3 Client Delays

• If a client is more than 1 hour late, we reserve the right to cancel or shorten the service duration.
• The deposit will not be refunded in case of a no-show.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Service Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be changed without notice.
• The minimum price is $50, but it varies depending on the selected style and other criteria.
• The exact service price will be communicated via email/SMS/phone once the appointment is confirmed.

3.2 Payment Methods

• We accept payments by cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment.
• A $30 deposit is required upon confirmation of the appointment.

3.3 Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued after a service has been provided.
• If cancellation is made within the 3-hour notice period, the deposit may be applied to a future appointment.

• We are committed to providing professional services that comply with hygiene and safety standards.
• Our stylists are skilled and use high-quality products suitable for natural and braided hair.

4.2 Client Responsibility

• Clients must inform staff of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect the service.
• We will not be held responsible for allergic reactions that were not disclosed.

5. Personal Data Protection

• Your personal information is collected solely for managing appointments and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Applicable Law and Disputes
